In Germany, our shipping costs are transparent and inclusive of statutory VAT. The exact amount of shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart or checkout area when you place your order. Please note that currently, we do not offer deliveries outside of Germany.
For orders placed on weekdays, except public holidays, before 3:00 PM, we strive to dispatch them on the same day. Our shipping partners, DHL or Hermes, handle the logistics for your orders.

The standard shipping cost for orders within Germany is 2.99€. However, we offer free shipping for orders totaling 39€ or more. This means that if your order meets or exceeds this amount, you will not be charged any shipping fees.

Shipping Time Information
We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers. Our estimated shipping times are as follows:
– Within Germany: Once your order is dispatched, you can typically expect to receive it within 1-3 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on the specific location and any unforeseen circumstances.
– International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within Germany, and deliveries outside of Germany are not possible.
It’s important to keep in mind that the shipping times mentioned above are approximate and do not include order processing time. We strive to dispatch orders placed on weekdays, excluding public holidays, by 3:00 PM on the same day. However, please note that order processing may take an additional day or two during busy periods.
